1. Digital products
Nailed Properly intends to offer a complimentary guide and a complete paid e-book. The complete e-book is currently planned at R500 once-off. Final content, chapter count, cover and delivery details will be confirmed before sale.
2. Information required
The intended purchase form will request the buyer’s first name, surname and WhatsApp number. Additional information may be requested only where needed for payment, support, legal or delivery purposes.
3. Protected download access
The intended delivery route is an automated WhatsApp message sent to the number supplied by the buyer. The buyer must provide a correct number that can receive WhatsApp messages and should contact Yvonne if delivery does not arrive within the stated period.
4. Personal-use licence
The buyer receives a personal, non-transferable right to read and use the e-book. The file may not be shared, copied for others, resold, uploaded, republished, used in another course, or distributed through messaging groups or cloud folders.
5. Refunds and delivery problems
Because a digital file can be retained once delivered, a change-of-mind refund is generally not offered after successful delivery or access, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If payment is confirmed but the file is not delivered, is materially defective, cannot be opened after reasonable troubleshooting, or the wrong product is supplied, Yvonne should be contacted so that delivery can be corrected, replaced or otherwise resolved.
6. Educational boundary
The e-book provides general nail education. It is not a professional qualification, medical diagnosis, treatment plan or guarantee of a particular result. Readers remain responsible for product suitability, instructions, patch or allergy precautions, and seeking professional advice where appropriate.
7. Updates and versions
A purchase covers the version described at the time of sale unless the offer expressly includes future updates. Later editions, workshops, courses or additional products are separate unless stated otherwise.
8. Payment processing
iKhokha is expected to process payment. The buyer should check the amount, currency and product description before approving the transaction.
9. Support
Delivery and access support will be available through the contact details shown on the website. Support does not include unlimited personal consultation or medical assessment.
