- WhatsApp or telephone number.
- Town, area, preferred dates and workshop preferences.
- Enquiry details and correspondence.
- Booking, payment and transaction references.
- Technical information generated by the website or service providers, such as basic device, browser, security and access records.
3. Why we use the information
- To answer enquiries.
- To deliver the complimentary or paid e-book.
- To manage Protected download access and support.
- To manage workshop waiting lists, host enquiries, bookings, transfers and attendance.
- To process or reconcile payments.
- To keep operational, legal and accounting records.
- To send marketing only where a lawful basis exists and the required choice or consent has been obtained.
- To protect the website and investigate misuse or security incidents.
4. Service providers
Information may be processed through service providers used to run the website and fulfil requests. These are expected to include:
- Formspree for website form submissions.
- iKhokha for payments.
- WhatsApp and its service infrastructure for message delivery and support.
- Website hosting, email, automation, storage and security providers selected for the operation of Nailed Properly.
Each provider may process information under its own terms and privacy practices. Nailed Properly will use only the information reasonably required for the service requested.
5. Workshop introductions
When a person asks to join a host-led Nail Table, Yvonne may need to discuss a possible introduction with the participant and host. Personal details will not be shared casually. A practical introduction will occur only when a suitable possibility exists and the people involved have been consulted.
6. Retention and security
Information will be kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal or accounting requirements, dispute handling, and operational records. Reasonable safeguards will be used, but no electronic system can be promised to be completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask Yvonne to confirm what information is held about you, correct inaccurate information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or request deletion where the law permits it.
Marketing messages will include a practical way to opt out. Service messages needed to fulfil a purchase, booking or enquiry are not promotional messages.
8. Children
The website and commercial services are not designed to collect personal information directly from children without appropriate adult involvement. A parent or guardian should contact Yvonne before submitting a child’s information.
9. Questions and complaints
