The final chapter counts are still being discussed with Yvonne. The structure and prices below are already agreed.
Is the complimentary guide genuinely free?
Yes. It will be provided with Yvonne’s compliments once the shorter guide has been finalised.
The delivery form will ask for the reader’s name, surname and WhatsApp number so that the guide can be sent directly through WhatsApp automation.
How many chapters will the complimentary guide contain?
This has not yet been finalised. Yvonne and Lance will first confirm the chapter count and structure of the complete paid e-book. They will then decide how many chapters belong in the complimentary guide.
What is the difference between the complimentary guide and the complete e-book?
The complimentary guide will introduce useful principles and help the reader begin.
The R500 complete e-book will be substantially fuller. It is intended to provide deeper explanations, more context, practical reference material and a broader understanding of informed nail care.
How much will the complete e-book cost?
The complete e-book will cost R500 once-off.
How will the complete e-book be delivered?
The buyer will provide a name, surname and WhatsApp number before payment. Once payment is confirmed, the e-book delivery process will use WhatsApp automation.
The final iKhokha button and automation are still to be connected.
Does the Nail Table include the complete e-book?
Yes. Every paying Nail Table participant receives the complete e-book as part of the R1,500 workshop price.
The practical workshop
The Nail Table is a practical education session with Yvonne. It is not simply a longer version of the e-book.
What is the Nail Table?
The Nail Table is a practical three-to-four-hour workshop led by Yvonne Marais.
Yvonne explains important principles, demonstrates what matters and gives participants room to ask questions in a calm, sociable setting.
How much does the workshop cost?
The workshop costs R1,500 per paying participant.
What is included in the R1,500 price?
- A three-to-four-hour workshop with Yvonne.
- Products used during the workshop.
- Printed notes.
- The complete e-book.
- Direct teaching, demonstrations and practical guidance.
Must participants bring nail products?
No. Yvonne provides the products used during the workshop.
Must participants bring refreshments?
Each participant is asked to bring a small snack or refreshment to share around the table. The host is not expected to provide everything.
How many paying participants are required?
A host-led Nail Table requires at least six paying participants. The host attends as Yvonne’s guest.
Host a Nail Table
What does the host receive?
The host receives:
- Complimentary attendance valued at R1,500.
- A cash host payment of R1,350.
The total host benefit is R2,850.
What must the host provide?
The host provides a suitable place for the group to meet and helps gather the initial group of interested participants.
The detailed hosting arrangements will be confirmed directly with Yvonne before any workshop date is finalised.
Can Yvonne add people from her waiting list?
Yes, but only with the host’s permission.
If a host is short of participants, Yvonne may suggest suitable people who have already asked to join a Nail Table. The host may ask to speak with them before agreeing.
Do waiting-list attendees still count toward the host benefit?
Yes. If Yvonne adds waiting-list attendees to complete the host’s group, those paying attendees still count toward the host’s benefit.
Will strangers be added to a host’s home automatically?
No. No outside attendee will be introduced into a host’s home without the host’s agreement.
Attend without hosting
Can I attend if I do not want to host?
Yes. You can ask to join Yvonne’s private waiting list.
What happens after I join the waiting list?
Yvonne may contact you when a suitable place becomes available in a host-led Nail Table or when enough individual enquiries exist for Yvonne to host a table herself.
Do I pay when I join the waiting list?
No. Joining the waiting list does not require payment and does not confirm a workshop place.
Payment will only be requested once a suitable workshop place and date have been offered and accepted.
Can Yvonne host a Nail Table herself?
Yes. If enough people ask to attend without hosting, Yvonne may arrange and host a Nail Table herself.
In that case, there is no separate host payment because Yvonne is providing the workshop venue arrangement herself.
Can I speak to the host before confirming?
Where appropriate, Yvonne may arrange an introduction so that both the host and prospective attendee are comfortable before the place is confirmed.
What happens after a place is offered?
How will workshop payments be made?
The website will use a registration form followed by a iKhokha payment button, based on the same controlled structure used for the Careful Circle.
The iKhokha buttons are not connected yet.
Are workshop payments refundable?
Workshop places are transfer-led rather than automatically refundable.
They remain valid and may be transferred to another available Nail Table date in accordance with the transfer process.
What happens if fewer than six people are confirmed?
The host may move the workshop to another date, allow Yvonne to offer available places to suitable waiting-list attendees, or move participants into another available Nail Table.
The payments remain valid and transferable.
Can a participant transfer to another date?
Yes. A paid place may be transferred to another available Nail Table date. The detailed notice requirements will be set out in the final workshop terms before payment is activated.
When is a workshop date confirmed?
A date is only confirmed after Yvonne has agreed the arrangements and the required booking process has been completed. An enquiry or waiting-list submission by itself does not confirm a place.
What Nailed Properly is — and is not
Is the Nail Table a professional qualification?
No. The Nail Table is an educational workshop for ordinary women. It does not qualify someone as a professional nail technician.
Does the complete e-book qualify me as a nail technician?
No. The e-book is an educational reference. It is not a professional certification or accredited qualification.
Does Yvonne diagnose nail conditions?
No. Nailed Properly provides nail education. It does not diagnose medical conditions, replace medical advice or promise medical outcomes.
What should I do if I am worried about a possible medical condition?
Speak to an appropriate qualified medical professional. The website and workshop should not be used as a substitute for medical assessment or treatment.
